Creative arts therapy

The process of creating art has a psychological impact that has demonstrated the ability to improve mental, emotional and even physical wellness.

MyheART regularly hosts fun paint nights for friends & family. Our goal is to have similar events for those without access, for free! Book us for your event and 100% of the proceeds will help us help others through charity events at hospitals, libraries, recreation centers, public spaces, and wherever else we’re allowed.

Exploring and consuming the arts have many benefits as well. It has been said to help improve social skills, creative thinking, and awareness. Studies have even shown that viewing art can decrease cortisol levels, and increase serotonin.

MyheART’s photographer is always on the lookout for great art. In addition to sharing art created at MyheART events, we love to capture and share public art and their location’s, to help make your art appreciation journey a little easier.

Personalized gifts

Who doesn’t appreciate a personalized gift that comes from the heART? The sentiments behind such a gift can enhance moods, help heal emotional scars, and influence mental health wellness.

MyheART loves to create unique heART’s. We design and gift birthday heART’s, Valentine’s Day heART’s and ‘just because’ heART’s. As a special thank you, our top donors receive a personalized heART of gratitude, designed by partner Artists. We hope to use these heARTs to help those who need it most. Your donations help us do just that.
